Now that the rains have finally stopped, I'm starting to remember one of the reasons they were so welcome initially -- it's frightening how quickly some of the city streets start to smell like urine.

Eww indeed. Yet true. Don't deny it; I know you walk the same filthy corridors I do on a daily basis. *sigh* Even a bi-monthly rainshower would be nice during the summer. Who do we need to talk to about that?
